We ship all orders 0 to 48 hours after they arrive, we monitor orders 24/7/-365 if you have a special need please contact us after you please your order.
Most items ship from California USA (NOT ALL), we use USPS and UPS.
We gladly ship to most counties in the WORLD.
International first class (outside USA) shipping is the only affordable way to ship small light items, there is no tracking available for this type service we are liable for proof of shipping only:

WHAT can be returned?
Most products are returnable for an exchange or sometimes a store credit, IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased with orginal packaging . Third party items may be excluded. No items marked down.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
No later than 21 days after delivery date:
All products should be checked within 7 days of receipt and issues reported right away.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Once authorized, we will provide you with a return address. Items may not be returned to any other address than the one provided.
